We have added a guide to the Turn limit and Time limit rules to the official site.
These rules end a match after a set number of turns or minutes, and whoever has the most net worth at that point wins. They suit a short session, or a stream or event that has to finish at a known time.

The "N turns left" display and the LAST TURN banner on the final lap
Why, when time runs out, the lap in progress is still played out by everyone
How the Time bank, Max per turn and Grace when empty stop stalling
How the winner is decided (ties, team matches, bankrupt players)
The Default numbers that are worked out from the Goal
These are the rows on the rule settings screen (press R on the board list). If you change nothing, a match still ends by the Goal alone, as before.
